Personal Information and its Use

Personal information you provided while registering with Seasons Choice refers to all information about you as an identifiable individual, including (but not limited to) your name, address, email address, telephone number, and identity number. Visitors using the Seasons Choice products and services may be asked to fill out a questionnaire as part of the user registration process. Registrants’ information will be utilized to refine and improve the content and services of Seasons Choice. The information provided will not be sold or redistributed to third parties without the explicit permission of the user, unless obliged to do so by law or legal processes.

Delivery Policy

Orders are only processed once their payment is  confirmed/ verified. Processing time is normally 24 to 48 hours depending on order queue. Delivery time varies according to address and seller’s location. Normally, we deliver your international package within 2-weeks, but due to Covid-19 Pandemic, your delivery may be delayed. However, it will not take more than a month. 

There are no delivery charges on most of our products, however, imported products may have delivery charges but it will be separately mentioned in description of such products.

Normally the products are dispatched from the designer’s warehouse locations using courier services. In case, the order is bulky, designers may use International Post to dispatch an order.

User Data Profiles

If you want to update any of your personal information held by us, you can either make certain changes online by amending your account details (if enabled), or you can send an email detailing the required amendments to info@seasonschoice.net Furthermore, upon a user’s request, Seasons Choice will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete the user and his or her personal information from its database; however, it may be impossible to delete a user’s entry without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions.

Browser Cookies

As soon as a user visits Seasons Choice website, a “cookie” is placed within his or her web browser. “Cookies” are small text files that Seasons Choice uses to recognize users, facilitate the user’s on-going access to and use of the site, and allow a site to track usage behavior and compile aggregate data that will allow content improvements and targeted advertising. Cookies are not programs that come onto a user’s system and damage files. Seasons Choice cookies work by assigning a unique number to the user that has no meaning outside of our web sites. Secure Internet Payment by credit card

There are no fees associated with registering or browsing the Seasons Choice websites, but users are required to pay for purchases.

Seasons Choice uses Virtual Card Services to process credit card purchases. Seasons Choice doesn’t have access to card holder’s credit card details. Seasons Choice do not keep or store your credit card details.

Payment Policy

Users are required to pay for each purchase they made with us. Payment can be made by any of the methods available at the time of placing orders.

In general no refunds will be given once a purchase is made however, Seasons Choice will, at its discretion, allow its vendors/ designers for the repay in case a product is eligible for a refund. The refund will normally be made in the form of e-voucher usable at Seasons Choice for purchases.

Returns Policy

The product may be eligible for return or replacement if it is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery. The customer should create product return/ replacement support ticket within 07 working days of receipt of the Product.

Please note that some products are not eligible for return if the product is “No longer needed”.

Custom made items, women’s intimate apparel and men’s innerwear labeled as non-returnable on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Browser Security

It is the user’s responsibility to keep his or her Internet browser up to date in order to ensure that the latest security technology is available to him or her. Children’s Privacy

Seasons Choice does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16 and does not target its web to children under 16.
